Use !uni to see detailed information for a Unicode Character Codepoint. This command provides structured Unicode metadata including codepoint notation, numeric value, Unicode plane, Unicode version, official name, block, script, general category, combining class, bidirectional category, case mappings, numeric value, decomposition mappings, names or aliases, script-specific details (radicals, strokes, ligatures, contextual forms, historic numerals), and extensive homoglyph and similarity information across many scripts and symbol sets.

!uni can be used with direct characters or U+ notation. It accepts lowercase or uppercase prefixes, works with BMP and non‑BMP characters, and supports emoji, symbols, ideographs, ligatures, mathematical alphabets, and historic scripts. This makes it useful both for everyday character lookups and for deeper analysis of how characters relate visually or structurally across writing systems.

The homoglyph information reported by !uni helps you see which characters look identical or similar across different scripts, including Latin, Greek, Cyrillic, Armenian, Arabic, and more. Combined with decomposition mappings and script metadata, this allows you to understand how a character is formed, how it is classified in Unicode, and how it might be confused with other characters in security-sensitive or typographically demanding contexts.
