IPduh makes use of HTTP-Cookies or just cookies in this context. Cookies are little pieces of data stored in your system by your world wide web user-agent program also known as browser.
IPduh uses cookies in order to identify legitimate and logged-in users and to protect the IPduh service from abuse. IPduh also uses cookies to store some of your preferences on your system. Some of the IPduh cookies and most of the IPduh local and session storage objects may be deleted without notably degrading your experience of the IPduh service. However, you will be unable to use most of the IPduh service if your browser does not accept the IPduh cookies.
Cookies are only one of the methods that may be used by web-services to manage state and track users. A web-service can track you just fine without making any use of cookies. Some cookie-less tracking methods are demonstrated by the IPduh !privacy-test. You may use the IPduh privacy test to test your browser privacy settings and maybe discover a few things about your system. You can read about what is logged by IPduh and how IPduh processes personal information at the IPduh !privacy-policy.
Some of the IPduh service makes use of Google services and is subject to the Google privacy policy and terms of use as well. An IPduh cookie may be set in your browser by code authored by Google. You can read about the Google privacy policy and how Google is using cookies at the Google partner sites policy page. You can learn how Google processes personal information at business.safety.google
Most browsers provide or should provide an easy to use graphical interface to all the cookies they store on behalf of their users and the web sites they visit.
The list of the cookies currently set by IPduh follows after this paragraph. This list is not static and you can you use !my-cookies at any time to see the cookies set by IPduh at that time along with their values and short descriptions of their purpose. IPduh HTTP-Only cookies are not shown in order to protect the IPduh service in more depth. Deleting the IPduh HTTP-Only cookies will log you out of IPduh or put you in a pending-to-be-trusted list. Deleting the following cookies may temporarily degrade your IPduh service experience and you may loose your IPduh settings but the IPduh service, you, and your browswer should recover from it.
